Built from the work itself

Software should adapt to your business— not fight it.

Valira grew from firsthand experience with the gap between winning a sale and successfully delivering the work.

I didn’t set out to build a software company. I wanted to run my business without our systems fighting us every step of the way.

Like many growing businesses, we started with a simple CRM. It was approachable, but the quoting was rigid and it gave us little visibility into what happened after the sale.

When we outgrew it, we moved to a powerful enterprise CRM—the kind of platform companies choose when simpler tools no longer fit. After investing over $200,000 in implementation and customization, we still had cumbersome quoting, frustrated users, and a broken handoff after Closed Won.

Our team was still relying on spreadsheets, emails, and separate project tools to deliver the work. That was when I realized the problem was not simply configuration. Traditional CRM is designed to manage the relationship; it is not designed around the complete job.

Valira connects the opportunity, quote, project, order, people, products, pricing, files, and decisions in one continuous flow. It delivers the depth growing teams need while keeping everyday work understandable.

If your team is tired of rebuilding the story after every sale, I would love to show you a better way to work.

Our philosophy

Why we named it Valira.

The Gran Valira runs through the mountainous country of Andorra, finding a continuous path through complex terrain. It became a fitting name for software designed to keep work moving when the business underneath it is anything but simple.

The usual experience

Turbulent work

Every handoff creates another current to fight.

The Valira experience

Laminar flow

Each layer moves with the same job.

OpportunityQuoteProjectOrder
One connected job from first opportunity through order
Complex underneath
Effortless in motion.

Laminar flow describes fluid moving in orderly layers with minimal mixing. That is the operating principle behind Valira: people, pricing, products, communication, and delivery work move together without forcing your team to reconstruct the story at every stage.

Our product principles

Power without intimidation.

01

The job stays central

Relationships, quotes, delivery work, and decisions belong in one connected story.

02

Simple is a capability

Powerful software only creates value when real teams can understand and use it.

03

Configuration beats custom code

Growing companies should be able to adapt their system without starting a development project.
